I am a newcomer to Jim Miga's fan club.   Last summer, I was looking for someone to help me with my small collection of classic cars. I noticed Jim's ad in the Jaguar monthly newsletter and gave him a call. I was hoping for someone who would not only help with the detailing, but also do some minor repairs and routine maintenance. Jim was the right man for the job. I can honestly say that he has brought each car up at least one level. Jim is talented, trustworthy, reliable, and a nice guy as well. I asked Jim to come to my house to detail my car.  As we walked around it, I realized that there were several things that I had meant to have done and had either never found the right person or the time to bring it to the right person.  They were just small things, like a 3/8 inch rip in the dashboard vinyl, a deep scratch in the door jam, an emblem that had discolored, a mirror that needed to be relocated by a half inch, realigning the headlights, re-adjusting the front grill, fixing the seat belts. There were thirteen projects in all and Jim did them all professionally and beautifully.  Jim’s patience and resourcefulness was astounding.  This is the first spring my Ferrari will hit the road completely prepared.

I have known Jim MIGA for nearly 30 years,  at first during his many responsibilities in the Alfa Romeo Club and for the last few years as the talented artist who has come to my garage from time to time to turn decent-looking cars into fine-looking jewels. Trustworthy and most capable, Jim has always performed within my expectations and most times well beyond them, be it in “detailing” of a car or caring to the myriad other smaller needs my old cars seem to always require. When Jim Miga finished with my 1986 Mercedes Benz 560 SL,  it looked better than when I first purchased it.  The door jams, trunk and engine compartment were shining better than new.  The convenience of Jim coming to my home in Rowley, MA while I was able to carry on with my business was a blessing.  I would not hesitate in the least to recommend Jim for the finest of cars and I will be calling him in the fall to give the car the once-over for the winter storage.  Thanks again, Jim.
